Shipping Policy

Order processing We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times We ship to all of the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather, customs, or carrier delays. If your order is delayed beyond the time we quoted, we will email you and you can choose to keep waiting or cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping costs Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Tracking Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking information, if the carrier provides it.

Duties and taxes Import duties, taxes, and customs fees into the United States, where applicable, may be the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect address or failed delivery Please make sure your address is complete and correct. If your order is returned to us because of incorrect information or because it was not received, we may charge a new shipping fee to send it again.
