At Petsokey.com we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns for change of mind You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging. In this case, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days of receiving it, with photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Items we do not accept for return For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened food, used hygiene or grooming products, or personalized items, unless they arrive defective.

How to request a return Email us at pets.shop6767@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +56 9 2950 8122 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.
