Orders and shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
For now, we only ship to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We prepare your order in 1–2 business days, and shipping takes approximately 7–10 business days. These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the carrier or your area.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track it. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

What happens if my order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?
Write to us at pets.shop6767@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if it arrived damaged). We will review it and offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using the methods that appear at checkout. The payment is processed through a secure gateway, and we do not store your card details.

In what currency is the charge made?
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion or fee.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Write to us at pets.shop6767@gmail.com and we will guide you through the steps.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we approve the return, the refund is processed within 7 business days to the same payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to reflect it.

Are the products suitable for my pet?
Our products are designed for dogs, cats, and other pets. Each one includes instructions for use: always follow them. If your pet has sensitive skin, wounds, or a skin condition, consult your veterinarian first.

How do I care for and clean my products?
Each product comes with cleaning and care instructions. If you have any questions about any of them, write to us and we will help you.

Do the photos match the actual product?
Yes. If you receive something different from what you saw in the store, write to us and we will resolve it.
